Will Stout is the founder and president of Realmark Development .  Before coming to Florida, he owned Buckhead Brokers, the largest Real Estate firm in Atlanta, Georgia and was the largest developer of condominiums in the Southeast.  After selling his company he moved to
Southwest Florida to retire.  But living in the fastest growing area in the state, Stout could not stay still for long.  Surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico’s sparkling water and thousands of acres of undeveloped land, he saw an opportunity to fulfill a lifelong dream.

“It has always been my dream to build a marina community from scratch,” said Stout. 
“Cape Harbour is the last of its kind.  I’ve looked up and down both coasts and no other community offers what we have.  It is unlikely this kind of development will ever happen again.”
