The Cape Harbour location is the second link in the chain for the David and Sheila Stagman, who opened their first Islands store in Hyannisport, Massachusetts 18 years ago.  “People can shop anyplace, but we make it a fun experience,” said David Stagman.  “Our customers say it’s their favorite place to go.”
